The Princess & The Platypus Foundation says that is exactly why it continues to explore the people whose work helped shape Princess Diana’s wardrobe, including British fashion designer Tomasz Starzewski.
His designs formed part of Diana’s evolving style during an important period of her public life, adding another layer to the story visitors discover through the Foundation’s online museum collection.
“People naturally recognise Princess Diana first, and that’s completely understandable,” a spokesperson for the Foundation said. “What surprises many visitors is how curious they become about the designers once they begin reading those stories.
